I want to produce adhesive for aac blocks components in New Zealand and at first tried to know the components of this mix. But nobody knows and some companies that produce equipment didn't give me the recipe.

Can you help?

the classical recipe of this adhesive (also we call it glue for AAC and lightweight concrete blocks) is

cement 350,00kg
sand (0,1-0,6mm) 562,00kg
limestone powder CaCO3 (0,04-0,1mm) 70,00kg
ADMIXTURES
cellulose ether 2,50kg
redispersible powder 15,00kg
porogen 0,50kg

This is components for 1 ton of dry mix.

But also I strongly recommend you to hire good technologist for consulting on the start of productions. There are many not so obvious details that usually are appeared during production. Without this you can't produce really good quality mixes.

Hello!

That is special additives that are produces in Europe or China.
Porogen is the additive that produces micro bubles in dry mortar after adding water.
