Components of dry mortar plant.

For control, transfer, pneumatic and electrical components we use only the best details that produced by famous producers. Plant is automated by industrial controllers Siemens that are reliable and easy to be programmed. All transmitting devices are produced by the Italian company WAM.

The movie was made in 2015 in the plant that was installed in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Usually each production line for dry mortar has its own peculiar features. Therefore, each client obtains a set of drawings and the
layout of the equipment.

Thus, the production process requires 32.5 tons of sand, 14 tons of cement, and insignificant amount of other products per day.

The customers have to take into account all types of mortar for production at the designing and engineering stage to place tankers and silos for storage of the materials, to install required parts of the weighing system, to adjust production process, and etc.

All the mentioned procedures can be carried out by Stroy-Beton staff. We take the responsibility for our products from the designing and engineering stages until their installation, the launch and production of the first batches.

 Competitive advantages of the line

  1. Siemens controllers provide almost fully automated operation of the line.
  2. Finished mortar can be both packed in bags and fed into the cement truck.
  3. Options for feeding the materials in and out are available
  4. All components of silos and screw conveyors are manufactured by the Italian company WAM and are directly supplied to ensure low prices.

Circulation of the materials on SB-6000 line

  1. The cement trucks feed cement into silos of 60 m3 (larger silos can be supplied; the trucks may be replaced with hopper cars on request). Screw conveyors transfer cement from silos to dosing equipment.
  2. Other materials are kept in 10 m3 silos (enough for about 8 working days).
  3. Several options for feeding in and storage of sand:
    1. Dump truck unloads sand on the floor to be fed into the sand silo by the front loader.
    2. Dump truck unloads sand into the silo, so the front loader is not required. However, a large pit will be needed to install the silo. The front loader is always useful at the production site.
  4. The sand is fed into the drying drum, then to size grading section, and into the storage silos afterwards. The conveyor belts transport sand from storage silos to the dosing system.
  5. The additives are to be proportioned manually via special neck.
  6. All ingredients are fed into one m3 mixer after dosing.
  7. The finished final mix is transferred from the mixer to the intake hopper.
  8. The mix from the hopper can either be packed in sacks or fed into the cement truck.
